Harrisburg Diabetic Youth Camp: Counselor-In-Training Program

A Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program is available for teens that wish to become camp counselors. The program develops counseling techniques, establishes outdoor living and survival skills, and furthers diabetes management knowledge. Applicants must have Type 1 diabetes, be 17 years of age, and be available for the entire CIT program. Many of our current counselors (and our new Camp Director) were CIT’s in the past.
